1. Scope
These terms apply to all users of the CCareer platform, including candidates (workers), companies, dispatch agencies, and unions. Content, services, and features may be adjusted from time to time.
2. Account and registration
- Users must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information when registering an account.
- Each individual or organization may hold only one account and is responsible for keeping their credentials secure.
- Accounts are activated only after email verification.
3. Candidate obligations
- Be responsible for the accuracy of personal profiles, CVs, and uploaded documents.
- Apply only for positions that match your qualifications and needs.
- Do not use the platform for unauthorized brokerage or personal gain.
4. Employer obligations
- Provide complete legal documents during registration and KYC verification.
- Post truthful job listings without discrimination, in compliance with Vietnamese and Japanese law.
- Respect candidate privacy and use personal information solely for recruitment purposes.
5. User content
All content posted by users must comply with the law and must not infringe copyrights or contain false, hateful, or discriminatory information. CCareer may review, edit, or remove violating content.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Impersonating identities, businesses, or documents.
- Charging candidates unauthorized fees in any form.
- Deliberately interfering with, attacking, or disrupting the platform.
- Copying or exploiting user data without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
CCareer is an intermediary platform. We are not liable for job quality, hiring decisions, or disputes arising directly between parties, except where required by law.
8. Termination
CCareer may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Users may delete their own accounts following the platform's instructions.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on the platform and take effect on the posting date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
